At its core, this initiative is a mobile sanctuary—a vibrant, welcoming truck that travels into communities to deliver rest, resources, and recognition to caregivers. Whether parked outside a hospital, rolling into underserved neighborhoods, or setting up at a community center, the Café & Care Truck becomes a hub of healing and connection.
Why It Matters
Caregivers—nurses, parents, guardians, family members, and neighbors—are often overworked, under-resourced, and emotionally overwhelmed. Their needs are frequently
overlooked in the healthcare and social support system. Many suffer in isolation without access to wellness resources, community, or even a moment to breathe.

Since its launch in early 2025, the Café & Care Truck has quickly become the beating heart of
Serengeti Care’s community outreach.
Key Milestones:
Launched in 3 counties across two states, with plans to expand into rural areas
Engaged 1,300+ caregivers through events, check-ins, and wellness services.
Hosted 45+ pop-up community gatherings, ranging from “Caregiver Brunches” to mini “Gratitude Ceremonies.”
Partnered with 25+ local organizations including mental health clinics, yoga collectives, and social service providers.

Future Goals:
Add 2 more trucks by end of 2025 to increase regional coverage.
