Every day, paid caregivers dedicate themselves to caring for others—seniors, people with disabilities, and those in need. Yet these essential workers often face low wages, burnout, and isolation with very little support.
The Serengeti Foundation is a national nonprofit committed to changing that.
Your donation helps us create programs that make sure caregivers have the resources, community, and recognition they deserve.
Where Your Gift Goes
Your support funds programs that:
- Provide essential resources: Free and discounted services (like auto repair, wellness care, and supplies) so caregivers can stay on their feet and keep working.
- Build connections: Through our Serengeti Tribe, a nationwide online community where caregivers can connect, share, and belong—reducing isolation and loneliness.
- Host appreciation and recognition events: Celebrating the people who care for others with community events and recognition.
- Create caregiver resources: Developing an accessible guide of emergency and low-cost services so caregivers always know where to turn.
These programs are available nationally, starting with pilot efforts in Washington and expanding across the United States.
